Normally when the city is not in its cursed state, you've got a whole subset of constructs and various other arcane things, like you saw the animated armors and stuff like that. When the curse is in effect, we've got these Watchers, these Seekers here, who- they have their own sort of story and reason for being here while the curse is active.[2] – Skott B
