La mayoría de los jugadores experimentarán el PvP a través de campos de batalla basados en objetivos. Se trata de encuentros de alto riesgo gran recompensa que no utilizan el sistema de corrupción.[2][3][4]

- Estos eventos marcarán a los jugadores participantes como Combatientes (morados) y los jugadores permanecerán marcados durante un periodo de tiempo después de abandonar ese campo de batalla.[3][5][6] Los jugadores Corruptos (rojos) permanecerán en rojo durante los eventos PVP.[7]
- Las penalizaciones por muerte (en su mayoría) no se aplican a los eventos basados en objetivos.[13][14][15]
- La degradación de equipo se aplica al morir durante PvP de caravanas.[13][14]
- Fuera de estos eventos, se aplicarán las reglas normales corrupción y marcado (flageo) de PVP.[2][4]
