Grundbesitz are sizable player housing plots that can be situated within the Einflussbereich (ZOI) of a Dorf (stage 3 node) or higher.[4]
- Freeholds are limited to one per account.[5]
- Freeholds are approximately half an acre in size.[6]
- The footprint of a freehold does not change with node progression.[7]
- Expansions and upgrades become available as node progression allows.[6]
- Freeholds may not be sold to other players.[8]
The freehold system interacts with multiple other systems in-game.[9]
