Alpha-1 freehold early preview.

Grundbesitz are sizable player housing plots that can be situated within the Einflussbereich (ZOI) of a Dorf (stage 3 node) or higher.

• Freeholds are limited to one per account.
• Freeholds are approximately half an acre in size.
  • The footprint of a freehold does not change with node progression.
• Expansions and upgrades become available as node progression allows.
• Freeholds may not be sold to other players.

The freehold system interacts with multiple other systems in-game.
